Teacher retention. I would push for transparent workload data and stronger mentoring for new teachers.
I would advocate for a budget that puts the largest share of new funds into classroom instruction and student support.
I will hold monthly community meetings rotating across District III campuses and respond to every constituent email within five business days.
I will publish a plain-language summary of every board agenda item I vote on.
Twelve years as a classroom teacher and four years as a PTA leader give me direct experience with HISD operations.
